1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and six6x6 ("six6x6", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the services available at six6x6.net, including all betting, casino, gaming and ancillary services (collectively, "the Services"). By creating an account, making a deposit or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Services. six6x6 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the six6x6 Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all subsequent times when you use the Services:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. six6x6 operates strict age verification procedures and will require documentary proof of age (CNIC or passport) during KYC verification. Any account found to be held by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity) acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the Services from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law and where access to the Services would constitute a violation of applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, affiliate partner or immediate family member of six6x6 or any of its group companies or technology partners.
• You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) without having disclosed that status to six6x6 compliance prior to registration.

It is the sole responsibility of each User to determine whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registration. six6x6 makes no representation that the Services are legally available in any particular location.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the betting and casino Services at six6x6, you must complete the registration process and create a single account ("Account"). You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address and a valid Pakistani mobile number.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each person may register and maintain only one Account with six6x6. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names or contact details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. six6x6 reserves the right to close all such accounts and confiscate any balances therein pending investigation.

3.2 KYC Requirements

Before six6x6 processes any withdrawal, and in certain other circumstances as determined by our compliance team, you will be required to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification by submitting:

• A clear copy of your valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back — or a valid Pakistani passport;
• Proof of your registered payment method ownership (e.g., JazzCash account screenshot, bank statement header);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement) where required by our AML procedures.

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following our request will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and, after extended non-compliance, potential account closure.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your six6x6 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. six6x6 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account attributable to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

You must notify six6x6 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or suspected compromise of your Account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available in your account security settings. six6x6 reserves the right to suspend or lock any Account where suspicious access activity is detected, pending verification with the account holder.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

six6x6 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and USDT TRC-20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of deposit.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. six6x6 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, it will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation. six6x6 is not responsible for any bank or wallet fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at six6x6 are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the processing of any withdrawal;
• Withdrawals will be processed only to the verified payment method registered to your Account in your name;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money wallet balance (exclusive of any bonus funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements);
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in the cashier section;
• six6x6 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for high-value requests or where AML checks are triggered.

six6x6 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. Processing times may vary depending on the receiving payment provider's infrastructure. USDT TRC-20 withdrawals are subject to standard blockchain confirmation times.

7. Betting Rules & Void Markets

All bets placed through the six6x6 platform are subject to the applicable sport-specific betting rules available in the Help section of the platform. In general:

• Bets are final once confirmed. six6x6 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted by the system unless the market is subsequently declared void;
• Markets may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: match abandonment, event cancellation, proven match-fixing, technical errors resulting in clearly incorrect odds, or force majeure events;
• In-play betting odds are updated in real time. The User accepts that odds may change between the moment of viewing and the moment of bet confirmation due to match events. The odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance are the binding odds for that wager;
• six6x6 reserves the right to withhold payment and void any bet where there is reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the event or where the bet appears to have been placed in knowledge of the outcome (inside information).

All PSL, T20 International, ODI, Test and ICC tournament betting at six6x6 is subject to the applicable cricket betting rules. Users are advised to review these rules before placing wagers.

8. Casino Games & Fairness

All casino games available in the six6x6 lobby — including live dealer games, slots, Dragon and Tiger and specialty titles — are operated by internationally licensed providers (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, NetEnt and JILI). Each provider's games are independently tested and certified for fairness and random number generator (RNG) integrity by accredited testing laboratories.

six6x6 does not control the outcome of any game. All outcomes are determined by the respective game provider's certified systems. six6x6 is not responsible for the accuracy of game results as these are determined solely by the provider's certified RNG or, in the case of live casino games, the physical outcomes of real card draws, roulette spins and dice rolls conducted by licensed dealers.

The house edge applicable to each game category is inherent in the game rules established by the provider. six6x6 makes no representation that any game can be beaten through strategy, pattern recognition or any system over the long term. 9. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, six6x6 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms expressly provide otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and time limit will be specified in each promotion's individual terms;
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms (live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots);
• six6x6 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion, with reasonable notice where practicable;
• Any indication of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging, arbitrage play or pattern betting designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

10. Responsible Gaming

six6x6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following tools, accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount that can be deposited into your wallet;
• Loss Limits — restrict the net amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Session Reminders — configure alerts after a set duration of gameplay;
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily restrict access to the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or longer;
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all six6x6 services. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the minimum exclusion period.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the six6x6 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, seat reserving or any other form of fraudulent coordination with other players;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities for commercial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing or any activity in violation of applicable AML/CFT laws;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained or unauthorised payment methods;
• Placing bets on the basis of inside information or in connection with any match-fixing arrangement;
• Any conduct that six6x6 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive or harmful to the integrity of the Services or other users.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the six6x6 platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces and data feeds, is the intellectual property of six6x6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No other right or licence is granted. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or create derivative works from any six6x6 content without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• six6x6 excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services;
• six6x6 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and third-party service disruptions may affect availability;
• six6x6 is not liable for any loss of funds arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security or from your sharing of credentials with a third party;
• six6x6's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the 12 months preceding the claim;
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

six6x6 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amendment takes effect.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to six6x6's licensing jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through six6x6's internal complaints procedure. Users may submit complaints in writing to the support address below. six6x6 will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, it may be referred to the applicable regulatory body or an independent dispute resolution body as specified by six6x6's operating licence conditions. Users in Pakistan should be aware that the regulatory framework for online gambling is evolving and are advised to seek independent legal advice regarding their rights.
